In the opening game of Road Safety World Series 2022, India Legends and South Africa Legends will lock horns with each other. The encounter will be played at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. During the tournament, each team will play 5 matches which will be played in the T20 format.

Hence, each team is scheduled to play matches with 5 other teams out of 7. At the end of the league stage, the top four teams in the points table will qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals will wrestle in the final. Road Safety World Series 2022 final is set to be played on October 1 at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur.

India Legends is the defending champions of the tournament. Last year in the debut season of the Raod Safety World Series, India legends Legends crushed Sri Lanka Legends by 14 runs in the final to grab the trophy. Last season, only 6 teams participated in the tournament.
