Bangladesh National Cricket Team all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is trying hard to get an IPL contract following he cleared the bowling tests. As per the reports in Sangbad Pratidin, it is learned that the senior player is in conversations with a few franchises.

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has engaged in a round of discussions with the IPL franchises and is desperate to play in the IPL 2025. The senior player has been going through a tough time for the last few months, both off-field as well as on-field.

The reports claimed that Shakib Al Hasan will be getting the opportunity to play in the IPL 2025 only if someone gets injured and drops out or withdraws their name during the tournament. The all-rounder has confirmed the franchises that he is fully prepared to play.

Shakib Al Hasan has played 71 games in the IPL and has slammed 793 runs. With the ball, the all-rounder has picked 63 wickets at an economy of over 7 and an average of just around 30.

If given an opportunity in the league, he can prove to be a valuable asset for any team that he plays. His experience will be the thing that one of Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Rajasthan Royals, and Sunrisers Hyderabad will be looking at if they want to acquire him.
