Shikhar Dhawan To Face Imprisonment? Varanasi District Authority Plans To Take Stringent Actions After The Indian Batsman Feeds Birds Amid Bird Flu

Star Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan could all be set to face imprisonment after he has found himself to be involved in massive controversy in Varanasi. Notably, the Gabbar of Indian Cricket Team is now amidst controversy after a picture of him went viral feeding the birds in Varanasi.
Star Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan is presently in Varanasi, enjoying quality time away from the field of cricket. India is currently under the massive outbreak of the deadly Bird Flu and in such situations, the administrative bodies have been vigilant about people protecting themselves from the widespread outbreak.

As per the rules set by the district authority of Varanasi, it is prohibited to feed birds amidst the outbreak of the Bird-Flu as lakhs of birds are reportedly infected with it.

Now, the Varanasi District Administration has taken the matter in its own hands after a picture of Shikhar Dhawan feeding the birds went viral. The District Magistrate of Varanasi, Kaushal Raj Sharma, has ordered an enquiry in the complete matter with immediate effect. The DM has also informed that the sailor of the boat in which Dhawan was sailing while feeding the birds is also under the scanner.

The DM also informed that the sailor of the boat might be aware of the local laws. He also mentioned that due to the outbreak of the flu, it is prohibited to feed the birds. Now, after the picture of Dhawan feeding them has gone viral, an enquiry has been set up for the complete matter.
