Lahore Qalandars is not ready to keep Fakhar Zaman away from the limelight despite his serious offense in the ongoing Pakistan Super League 2026 (PSL 2026). Shamelessly, Fakhar Zaman was handed the top job by the franchise right after the ban was imposed on the Pakistani cricket.

Fakhar was handed a two-match ban for ball-tampering by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The PSL appellate body officially confirmed Zaman’s suspension on April 3, rejecting his appeal.

Fakhar Zaman suspended for two matches

He was found guilty of a Level 3 breach of the PSL’s Code of Conduct for altering the ball’s condition. Despite Fakhar claiming there was no clear proof against him, a technical committee reviewed the video evidence and upheld the ban.
