India National Cricket Team led by the young Shubman Gill enjoyed their time off on their ongoing tour to Zimbabwe. The young players went for the wildlife tour in Harare after the two games that took place at the Harare Sports Club.

The young Indian team has been handed the responsibility by the BCCI to take on the Zimbabwe National Cricket Team. The senior team was part of the T20 World Cup 2024 and hence a new-look team captained by Shubman Gill was allowed to showcase their skills at the international level.

After the two enthralling games, the India National Cricket Team had some time off and they made sure they made the most of it. The players along with their families, and support personnel visited a wildlife sanctuary ahead of the third Twenty20 International against the Zimbabwe National Cricket Team.

The pictures of Team India's visit to the wildlife sanctuary were shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on their Twitter account. In the post, players can be seen posing for the pictures. They posted with the caption:

"The BCCI, along with Zimbabwe Cricket and Zimbabwe Tourism, had organised a Wild Life Tour for the Indian Cricket Team & their families in Harare. Here are the snapshots from that visit."

India Team will be taking on Zimbabwe National Cricket Team in the third match of the series now. The game between the two teams will be played at the Harare Sports Club in Harare on Tuesday (9th July). They would be eager to win the third game and take a lead in the series.

Indian Team will be high on confidence as they have been boosted by the inclusion of World Cup winners in Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shivam Dube. The trio missed the first two games as they were in India celebrating the win in Delhi and Mumbai.

India team makes a strong comeback after facing a loss in first T20I

India's team didn't have the kind of start they would've wanted in the series against the Zimbabwe National Cricket Team. They faced a disappointing loss in the first game by 13 runs as they failed to get going with the bat and chase the target of just 115 runs.

However, in the second game, they came up with a sensational performance. Abhishek Sharma slammed a brutal century while Ruturaj Gaikwad (77*) and Rinku Singh (48*) supported him well as they posted a mammoth total of 234 runs on the board. It was a brutal batting effort as they outplayed the Zimbabwe bowlers right from the start.

With the ball, India was on top as they kept chipping in with wickets at regular intervals and bundled out Zimbabwe for 134 runs to win the game by 100 runs. Mukesh Kumar and Avesh Khan bagged three wickets each. Apart from them, Ravi Bishnoi chipped in with two wickets while Washington Sundar bagged one scalp.
