Smriti Mandhana's father, whose health deteriorated on the very day of her wedding, has reportedly been discharged from the hospital; however, there has been no update on her revised wedding ceremony dates.
Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana was supposed to get married to her longtime partner and Bollywood singer-composer Palash Muchhal. Palash proposed to the cricketer at the very venue where she won the biggest trophy of her life.
Later, Smriti Mandhana declared that the wedding between the couple would take place on the 23rd of November 2025; however, it was postponed following the sudden deterioration of Smriti's father's health on the morning of their marriage.

What comes as a huge relief to the Mandhana family is that the father of the Indian women's cricket team star Smriti Mandhana has been discharged from the hospital after being admitted with a suspected heart attack on Sunday.
The hospital management informed Smriti's father that he is completely stable now and is out of danger, with the heart condition no longer threatening his life. Considerably, they have also performed angiography on him, and no blockages were found.
Ever since the hospitalisation, it has been a troublesome phase for both families. Smriti Mandhana has not been available with updates on her wedding, as her manager had revealed that she is very much attached to her father.
