"Suryakumar Yadav Is T20 GOAT" - Twitter Reacts As Batter Hits Record-Equaling 4th T20I Century

Fans on X reacted after Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav slammed a sensational century in the third T20I against South Africa. The series decider third game between the teams is taking place at the New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. 

The first innings of the ongoing game has been all about Suryakumar Yadav. The Indian captain set the stage on fire and played a blinder of an innings that put India at the top of the game in Johannesburg. 

Suryakumar Yadav came to bat when India lost Shubman Gill (12) and Tilak Varma early and as soon as he stepped in he took attack to Proteas bowlers. The batter played another video game type of innings as he made a mockery of South African bowlers and put them under pressure. 

Suryakumar Yadav continued his golden touch from the last game and slammed his second consecutive half-century of the series. However, he made sure that he went one step ahead this time and smashed his 4th hundred in the shortest format of the game. 

Suryakumar Yadav brought up his century in just 55 balls and joined Rohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell as the batter with most T20I tons. He ended with the knock of 100 runs off 56 balls and batted with a strike rate of over 178, smashing 7 fours and 8 sixes. He also became the second-highest six-hitter for India in the T20Is, surpassing Virat Kohli.

Suryakumar Yadav’s innings made sure that India went past 200 runs with ease. The Men in Blue ended with a total of 201 runs on the board.
