“I Think It Has Done Me More Harm Than Good” – Sanjay Manjrekar

Sanjay Manjrekar mentioned that Twitter has served him well at times and mostly, it has let him down. He highlighted the fact that Twitter has been crueler to him than being kind. He added that he has been working on understanding the techniques of social media a lot more.

“Twitter is a double-edged sword. It has served me well on occasions and hasn’t served me well on many occasions. Now, at this stage, when you sort of balance it, I think it has done me more harm than good.” Sanjay Manjrekar said on questions about the controversies he has been facing in social media.

“Social media has been a beast that I have not been able to tame or understand. I’ve tried different techniques, but yeah still trying to understand the dynamics of social media.” he added

Manjrekar’s Latest Comments On Ravichandran Ashwin

Sanjay Manjrekar brought into notice on Twitter that he feels Ravichandran Ashwin is still isn’t part of the all-time greats yet in his book. He mentioned few examples of all-time greats like Don Bradman, Gary Sobers, Sachin Tendulkar, and this wasn’t taken well on social media.

“All-time great is the highest praise & acknowledgment given to a cricketer. Cricketers like Don Bradman, Sobers, Gavaskar, Tendulkar, Virat, etc are all-time greats in my book. With due respect, Ashwin not quite there as an all-time great yet,” Manjrekar had tweeted on June 6

R Ashwin is going to play a huge factor in the World Test Championship final for India with his off-spin as well as down the order batting.
