Updated ICC World Test Championship Points Table After IND vs WI 2nd Test, WTC Table: The second Test between India and West Indies played at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad ended in a draw as rain washed out the entire fifth day.
India were in the driver’s seat in the game but rain dashed their hopes of winning the Test and continuing their perfect start to the third cycle of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC). With the second Test ending in a draw, India won the series 1-0. The Rohit Sharma-led side had won the first Test in Dominica by an innings and 141 runs.

In the second Test, India scored 438 runs in the first innings thanks to a century from Virat Kohli and fifties from Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin. In reply, West Indies could only manage 255 with Mohammed Siraj picking up a career-best 5 for 60.
In the second innings, the visitors scored 181 for 2 in just 24 overs before declaring their innings to set West Indies a target of 365 runs. West Indies began their chase on a nervous note as they lost two wickets in quick time and were on 76 for 2 at stumps on day four. India were looking destined to win the game before rain played spoilsport on the final day and denied India the chance of earning some crucial WTC points.

WTC Points Table: Updated ICC World Test Championship Points Table After IND vs WI 2nd Test:
With the second Test between India and West Indies ending in a draw, both the teams have earned four points each. India, who were at the top of the points table after winning the first Test, have now dropped to the second spot behind arch-rivals Pakistan. West Indies, on the other hand, are at the fifth spot. Australia and England who are currently playing in the Ashes are in the third and fourth spots respectively.
