"In moments I am" - Virat Kohli on being a Delhi boy
Before playing the milestone match, Kohli was asked if he is still a Delhi boy by heart despite playing so much international cricket throughout his career.
The 36-year-old responded by saying that he is still a Delhi boy by heart, but it is not the case every time. He further explained the meaning of 'Dilli Da Munda (Delhi boy)' which specifically means having an approach without any stress.
"I don't know if I'm a prototypical Dilli Da Munda (Delhi boy) at all times. Being a Dilli Da Munda, the line in itself kind of means having a stress-free approach towards things," Kohli said during a conversation with ICC.
"New experiences in life. I went to a lot of places, so I wouldn't say that I'm out and out always a Delhi boy. (But) in moments I am. Yes," he added.
