The ECB rejects the plea of Virat Kohli's former RCB teammate Tymal Mills to display the OnlyFans logo on his bat, citing family concerns. The move by the English pacer was made during The Hundred after he turned to OnlyFans as a content creator.
Cricketers are entertainers, and entertainment can be in every way possible. English pacer Tymal Mills has made this statement clear and loud after having joined the OnlyFans platform as a content creator.
Tymal Mills has represented England in 16 T20 internationals after making his debut in 2016, and was largely known for his variations, which often could baffle the batter during the death overs. He was part of the Jos Buttler-led English side that lifted the ICC T20 World Cup back in 2022.
Virat Kohli's RCB teammate Tymal Mills became the first professional cricketer to join OnlyFans
English and Surrey Cricketer Tymal Mills became the first renowned professional cricketer to open an account on the OnlyFans platform. The Englishman has been a part of franchises like the Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore and has played alongside Indian greats Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
He joined a growing list of athletes, other than cricketers, who have turned to OnlyFans to offer supporters a more personal insight into their lives, which also includes the tennis star Nick Kyrgios.
Currently, the left-arm pacer plays for Southern Brave in The Hundred, and he is the leading wicket-taker in the tournament with 46 wickets in 32 matches. He also started the 2025 season in some style with 3 big wickets against Manchester Originals.
Mills focuses on content related to Cricket and Lifestyle
OnlyFans is a direct platform that bridges the gap between a celebrity and their followers; however, the platform has been largely used for socially explicit and sensual content, hence, often creating this perception of it being an adult content platform.
However, Tymal Mills insists that his content would entirely focus on cricket and lifestyle material. He explained that there will be no explicit content from him; instead, he intends to share insights into the game of cricket and his lifestyle.
“I know exactly what people might think, and what they are best known for. But I’ll be putting out content about cricket, and maybe a little bit of lifestyle too,” he told The Telegraph.
“The conversations first started about a year ago, so I read up, held discussions and did my due diligence. I hadn’t quite realised how big the company was. They’re trying to get into football and bring Premier League players on board. They’re doing well with so-called smaller sports like surfing and skateboarding — individual sports.”
“I’m the first cricketer, and they’re trying to break into team sports. It’s ground zero in that regard, and I’m very excited. I want to be brave,” he further added.
ECB turns down permission to display OnlyFans logo on Mills' bat
However, though he cannot be stopped from joining any platform, the ECB has barred him from using the OnlyFans logo on his bat while he plays for the Southern Brave in The Hundred.
The fast bowler had requested to flaunt his OnlyFans logo on the bat in the ongoing 100-ball tournament in England. However, the plea has been rejected strictly by the ECB, stating that the platform does not align with The Hundred's family-friendly image.
