Another video of Arshdeep Singh captures cricket fans’ attention on social media platforms. In a public place, it seems like an airport lounge from the video clip, the Punjab Kings (PBKS) bowler mocks his teammate, Shashank Singh.

Shashank Singh had a tough time in their recently played few fixtures in the ongoing Indian Premier League 2026 (IPL 2026). He missed multiple catches and made some mistakes in fielding as well.

Shashank Singh had some tough days on the grounds

The Punjab Kings player, Shashank, dropped a total of three chances against the Lucknow Super Giants. In the same match, he made multiple mistakes in fielding as well. Against the Delhi Capitals, he dropped KL Rahul when the opposing opener was in the early stages of the innings. After the drop catch, Rahul went to play a 150-plus run knock against PBKS.

The 27-year-old has so far claimed only 8 wickets in 8 matches at an economy rate of 10.96. In their previous match, which was against the Rajasthan Royals, Arshdeep Singh leaked 68 runs in 4 overs against only one wicket.

Arshdeep made shocking claims

“If you heard the commentators, they were not happy when we were claiming back-to-back wins. There are many people out there who don’t want to see us in a good position. As we had to suffer a defeat in our last match, they got a chance to celebrate and criticize us,” Arshdeep Singh said in a podcast, where Yuzvendra Chahal was also there. In agreement with Singh’s revelation, Chahal nodded his head during the conversation.

Talking about the Punjab Kings vs Rajasthan Royals match, where Punjab tasted their first defeat in the ongoing IPL season. The Shreyas Iyer-led side at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh PCA Stadium posted 222 runs in 20 overs in exchange for only 4 overs. Rajasthan Royals claimed the target with ease. Donovan Ferreira (52 not out off 26) and Shubham Dubey (31 not out off 12) remained firm on the track to secure the crucial win against the table topper.
