Away from the hustle and bustle of international cricket, Rahul Dravid seems to be enjoying his life to the fullest. The legendary cricketer's tenure as Team India's head coach came to an end after the conclusion of the T20 World Cup last month.
While Rahul Dravid did have the opportunity to re-apply for the job, he decided against it in order to spend time with his family. After taking a well-deserved break following the World Cup, Rahul Dravid recently visited Paris where the Olympics is currently underway.
The former India skipper was in the French capital to recognize the inclusion of cricket in the Olympic Games. The gentlemen's game will make its much-awaited return to the Olympics at the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028. He was involved in a panel discussion with ICC CEO Geoff Allardice and the host at the India House.
During the event, an expected incident took place with Rahul Dravid leaving the audience pleasantly surprised with his action. Known for his calm demeanor, the India great decided to take off his jacket while the discussion was on. The surprised audience started cheering Rahul Dravid as he took off the jacket to beat the heat.
One of the panelists also decided to pull Dravid's legs by calling it another "Dada moment", referring to Sourav Ganguly's famous jersey-waving celebration on the Lord's balcony after India beat England in the
Natwest Trophy final in 2002.

Dravid expressed his delight over the inclusion of cricket in the Olympic Games. He also stated that cricket has a good following in the USA. Recently, the USA co-hosted the ICC T20 World Cup and a huge number of fans had turned up to watch the matches.
"It always felt like cricket should be a part of this. It is truly a great game. It is followed by so many people around the world. It is fantastic for someone like me who is now only a fan. It is truly phenomenal," said Dravid.
Meanwhile, Dravid could be seen in the coach's role again next year during the Indian Premier League. According to recent reports, several franchises are interested in roping in the former India captain as their head coach.
