Pakistan National Cricket Team batter Babar Azam hasn't been able to make a mark in the ongoing T20I series against the Australia National Cricket Team. The batter has come under massive scanner for his poor efforts with the bat on the tour to Australia.

Babar Azam, who has been undergoing a lean patch in all three formats, hasn't looked at his best in the ongoing T20I series against Australia National Cricket Team. He has failed to make a mark in both the games of the series, which has seen him getting criticized.

Babar Azam didn't get much opportunity in the ODI series, and it was expected that he would set the stage on fire in the T20I series. But that hasn't been the case so far. He was back in the hut in both the games early and his poor form has been one of the main reasons behind Pakistan losing the series.

Babar Azam scored 3 runs in the first game and, after that, displayed a similar kind of effort in the second match. He was back in the hut after scoring 3 runs off 3 balls. The premier batter was removed by Xavier Bartlett in the 2nd over as he was caught at the deep square leg. The pacer bowled a length delivery on the pads, to which the batter batter heaved it away and found the man at deep square.

With the batter bagging failure in the second game, Babar Azam wasn't treated well by the fans. As he was fielding near the boundary ropes, the fans in the stadium at the Sydney Cricket Ground were seen mocking him. They were raising calls of sacking the batter from the T20I format.

The upcoming third T20I against the Australia National Cricket Team will be a massive opportunity for Babar Azam to silence all critics. The premier batter would want to make a massive impact and regain his form back before the important white-ball season.

Coming to the match, the Pakistan National Cricket Team were asked to field first. They had a stellar outing with the ball as they restricted the Australia National Cricket Team to a total of 147 runs. Haris Rauf was the pick of bowlers for his team as he bagged four wickets and gave away just 22 runs.

But with the bat, it was a terrible effort from their end. They got all out for just 134 runs. Spencer Johnson was the pick of the bowlers as he bagged five wickets. This was the second consecutive win for the Australia National Cricket Team as they took an unassailable lead of 2-0.

Australia captain Josh Inglis talked about the performance, saying that they were right on the money. He credited Spencer Johnson for his heroics with the ball and also lauded openers Jake Fraser-McGurk and Matthew Short for the breathtaking start with the bat. He explained:
