Washington Sundar, on Saturday, castled a well-set Cameron Green with a fine delivery to give India a big wicket on day two of the ongoing fourth Test against Australia in Brisbane. Starting the day on 274 for 5, the hosts were off to a solid start. Skipper Tim Paine and Green started the proceedings with the bat for the home side and took the team past the 300-run mark in no time.
The Indians bowler, however, were quick to strike back and eventually wrapped up the Australian innings for 369. Shardul Thakur gave India the much-needed first breakthrough when he dismissed Paine for 50. The dismissal also ended the 98-run stand between the wicketkeeper-batsman and the allrounder.
