During the chat show, the former Indian World Cup winner was asked to pick the best between Sri Lankan legend Kumar Sangakkara and Brian Lara. Well, Sreesanth was quick to name Lara over Sangakkara, but the next question left one and all split, and everyone at the table burst into laughter.

The host of the show asked to pick between Lara and Babar, and hearing the question, Harbhajan and Sreesanth started laughing loudly. Expressing his surprise at the undeserved comparison, Sreesanth was seen showing pineapple to the camera before bursting into laughter.

On the other hand, Harbhajan was not able to control his laughter and stood up from his chair, jokingly praising the host for asking such a question and making such making such a comparison.

Even the former Indian spinner was seen offering pineapple, apples, oranges, and other fruits to the host of the show, possibly referring to Babar when it comes to comparing Lara and his batting. Now, the clip of the moment has been crazily going viral on social media.

Highlights of Brian Lara and Babar Azam's stats

Meanwhile, the legendary West Indies cricketer Brian Lara is widely regarded as one of the greatest batters of all time. Lara's elegant stroke play, exceptional footwork, and remarkable ability to build massive innings made him one of the greatest batters the game has ever seen. He scored 11,953 runs in Tests with an average of 52.88, including 34 centuries.

His highest score of 400* against England in 2004 remains the highest individual score in a Test inning. He also scored 10,405 runs at an average of 40.48, with 19 centuries to his name in One Day International (ODI) cricket.

On the other hand, Babar Azam, who is known for his consistency and elegant stroke play, is one of the premier batters of the modern era. The Pakistan skipper has scored over 3,800 runs in Test cricket with an average above 45 and over 5,700 runs in ODIs, averaging over 56. His T20I record is equally impressive, with over 4,100 runs at an average of 41.

Despite being admired for his technique and temperament, Babar has been struggling for runs at the top of the order since last year, and even he failed to deliver in the recent T20 World Cup 2024.

His strike rate has always been a matter of debate. He could manage only 122 runs and Pakistan failed to qualify for the Super-8 stage of the T20 World Cup 2024, which was won by India in Barbados on June 29.
