As the skippers of both teams came out in the middle for a toss, Hardik Pandya was trying to see things unfold from close quarters.
As Aiden Markram threw the coin up in the air, Suryakumar Yadav called for tails, and for the first time in the series, he turned lucky as the coin fell in his favor.
Notably, Suryakumar had lost the toss in the first three matches, and in all those games, the Indian team were invited to bat first. Suryakumar Yadav, meanwhile, didn't change that trend even after winning the toss as India came out to bat first.
Meanwhile, Hardik was standing right behind the skippers as the toss was held, and seeing Suryakumar Yadav win it, he was absolutely thrilled and gave an epic reaction.

What did Suryakumar Yadav and Aiden Markram say at the toss?
After winning the toss, the Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav said that they would be batting first because it has been working for him in the last few matches.
"We are going to bat first. We have been doing that well in the last 2-3 games and we want to stick to that. The plan has been clear from the first game. Putting runs on the board and defending is something we have been wanting to do," Suryakumar said.
"It is a quick turnaround, one day gap between the games but the boys are professionals and are taking care of themselves. Same team," Suryakumar added.
Meanwhile, the Proteas skipper, Aiden Markram, stated that they haven't been at their very best in the ongoing T20I series but would be looking to level the series. He said:
"We weren't sure (whether to bat or bowl). Probably leaning towards batting. We haven't put hundred percent in all three departments. We are edging towards it. We can't win the series but we pulled one back after being 1-0 down, so we can take confidence from that and try to level the series. We are going with the same team."
