On Friday, November 29, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) revealed that a new One Day International (ODI) jersey has been made for the India National Cricket Team.
The new-look ODI jersey was unveiled by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah and India Women's National Cricket Team skipper Harmanpreet Kaur.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a video on their official social media handles where Jay Shah and Harmanpreet Kaur were present at the BCCI Headquarters in Mumbai and they were seen unveiling the jersey.
The new ODI jersey of the team is of the classic blue color with the name of sponsor Dream 11 and 'India' written in bold font in front, along with the small logos of BCCI and Adidas. There are iconic Adidas stripes on the shoulders, which have been printed on the tri-color gradient, making the jersey look absolutely incredible.
Talking about it in the video shared by the BCCI, Harmanpreet Kaur said that she loved the new ODI jersey and expressed her excitement about wearing it in the series against West Indies, which will begin on December 15. Also, the Men's team will be wearing this jersey in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
"It's an honour to unveil the jersey today and I'm really happy that we are the first one who is going to wear this jersey against the West Indies team," she said.
"I'm really happy, I really like the look, especially the tri-colour on the shoulder, it's looking really beautiful and I'm really happy that we have got a special ODI jersey. Wearing a jersey is always a special feeling and there is a lot of hard work and a lot of brain behind it and hopefully the Indian fans will also wear it and feel proud."

India Women's currently in Australia for the ODI series
India Women's National Cricket Team are currently in Australia for the ODI series, which is part of the ICC Women’s Championship.
The ODI series opener is set to be held on December 5 at Allan Border Field in Brisbane followed by the second ODI on December 8. Meanwhile, the third and final ODI will be played on December 11 at WACA Ground, Perth.
Recently, the BCCI selection committee was forced to make a change to the squad for the matches against Australia as the 24-year-old star wicketkeeper batter Yastika Bhatia got ruled out of the series due to an injury.
To deal with her absence, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) selection committee decided to add the 22-year-old wicketkeeper-batter Uma Chetry to the squad.
India Men's team currently in Australia for BGT
India Men's team are also currently in Australia for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. They dominantly won the first match to start the series on a high.
The team led by Jasprit Bumrah, started off poorly in the Perth Test as they got bowled out for 150.
However, the bowling unit delivered an exceptional performance and brought the team back into the game as they bowled out the Aussies for 104.
In the next innings, India piled up 487/6 on the board, thanks to Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli's ton as well as KL Rahul's impressive 77. And, in the final innings, the bowlers demolished the Ausises and bundled them out for 238 to clinch a 295-run win.
