Jasprit Bumrah had a humorous reaction to Mohammed Siraj struggling to see the ball during the second innings of the ongoing first India vs Bangladesh Test at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
The incident took place in the 19th over of Bangladesh's innings when Jasprit Bumrah was bowling to Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto. Mohammed Siraj was fielding at deep backward square leg at that time.
On the fifth ball of the over, the India pace spearhead bowled a shorter delivery down the leg side and Shanto pulled it towards Mohammed Siraj. However, the pacer could not see the ball clearly as he took a step towards his left before realizing that the ball was on his right side.
In the end, Mohammed Siraj made a stunning save by making a last-minute dive to save three runs for the team. As soon as he stopped the ball, he gestured with his hands that he could not see the ball. Seeing Siraj's reaction, Jasprit Bumrah was quick to remind him to wear his sunglasses and not keep them on his hat.
