India arrived at Lord's to play against England in the third test of the series. The 5-match series is level at 1-1 for both these teams. This test marks the return of Jasprit Bumrah for India and Jofra Archer for England.
Bowling with the new ball in the very first over of the game, Indian pace bowling sensation Jasprit Bumrah was disappointed in Rishabh Pant for misjudging a caught-behind chance of opening batsman Ben Duckett.
Bumrah bowled the fourth ball of the first over of the game that angled away from the left-handed batter. The southpaw edged it to the wicket-keeper as Pant dove to his left to grab the ball.

After the missed chance, Pant was roughly advised by the Indian pacer to come forward in a catching position as the ball was seemingly not carrying off the pitch.
"Aage aaja. Ball carry nahi kar raha. Soft hai," Bumrah was heard on the stump mic.

India move into Lord's with only one change: Jasprit Bumrah is back
India has advanced to play the third test of the England series, which is scheduled to be played at the 'home of cricket,' the historic cricket ground of Lord's. India has won 3 of the 19 Tests played at this venue, and Shubman Gill would look to enlist himself among the great skippers to have won at Lord's.
India has not made any striking changes to their 11, as they have kept their batting order intact from the Edgbaston test. Karun Nair is still backed at No. 3 while Sai Sudharsan and Abhimanyu Easwaran will have to wait for their chances.
Kuldeep Yadav is also not thought of at Lord's since it is usually helpful for pacers; however, India has opted for two all-rounder spinners in Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar, the lower-order heroes from Birmingham.
Hence, the only change made is of uneconomical pacer Prasidh Krishna, who went for too many runs in the first two matches, and with Akash Deep's match-winning effort, Krishna remained the only option to be dropped to make way for Jasprit Bumrah.
Nitish Kumar Reddy shines early on Day 1 at Lord's
England might have thought of Jasprit Bumrah's return, and they would have made strategies to counter his impact on their batting. They would have also planned against Akash Deep and Mohammed Siraj, the two pacers who picked up 6-wicket hauls in the second and first innings at Edgbaston, respectively.
However, the English batters might not have thought of facing a challenge from India's fourth seamer, the all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy. After a long session of bowling with the new ball, the Indian pace trio were rested, and Reddy was handed the ball.
Much to England's shock and India's astonishment, not Jasprit Bumrah but Nitish Reddy dismissed the two English openers, as they were caught behind by the wicket-keeper.
