Jasprit Bumrah takes wicket of Usman Khawaja to provide his team with breakthrough
Jasprit Bumrah was credited for his disciplined bowling as he removed Usman Khawaja to provide his team with the opening wicket. However, after that, he was right into the head of Marnus Labuschagne as the two got engaged in an enthralling battle.
It all started with Virat Kohli sledging Marnus Labuschagne as the batter walked out to bat. However, after that, it was Jasprit Bumrah who tested the Australia National Cricket Team batter and even had a heated exchange quite a few times during his over.
On the 3rd ball of the 13th over, Jasprit Bumrah bowled a short of a length delivery on the middle, to which Marnus Labuschagne took the bottom-hand off as he defended it back. Immediately after that, he yelled, "Wait on", as the ball rolled back to Bumrah, who picked it up and threatened to shy back.
After that, both Jasprit Bumrah and Marnus Labuschagne passed on a stare as a batter mouthed "come on" at the fast bowler as if he was goading him to throw. The things between the two continued even after that on the next ball when the speedster beat the batter. After the end of the over Kohli again sledged the batter.
