Pakistan National Cricket Team batter Kamran Ghulam was a live wire on the field during the first ODI against the Australia National Cricket Team. The first game of the series between the teams took place at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne.

Pakistan and Australia were involved in an exciting clash that went down the wire. Both the teams gave their 100% but it was the Pat Cummins-led side who emerged victorious by just 2 wickets and took a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.

After posting a total of just 203 runs on the board, the Pakistan National Cricket Team gave their best with the ball as well as were electric on the field. They even tried sledging the Australia National Cricket Team batters and one of them was Kamran Ghulam.

With the Australia National Cricket Team losing wickets at regular intervals, the Pakistan National Cricket Team set an attacking field. Skipper Mohammad Rizwan asked Kamran Ghulam to stand near the batter, and the player made sure he got into the ears of the opposition.

Ghulam first took a dig at the Australia all-rounder Sean Abbott. The young Pakistan batter was continuously chirping, "It's not easy," and then was seen clapping right at the face of the batter. This left even commentators in splits as the video of the incident went viral.

Pat Cummins however, didn't lose his patience and was as calm as ever. He yet again thrived under pressure as wickets fell at the other end. He played a valuable hand of unbeaten 32 runs and powered his team to the win by the margin of 2 wickets in the first game of the series.

Wonderful match but got a bit tighter than we would have liked - Pat Cummins

Pat Cummins spoke about the win and admitted that the game got much closer to what they expected. He also credited his bowlers and claimed that they were good in three-quarters of the game and that there is still room for improvement for them. He added:

"Tonight, we got it done, I always much prefer sitting in the changing room. Wonderful match but got a bit tighter than we would have liked. Really happy with the way the guys bowled, Starcy was terrific at the top and the others bowled really well. [on trying 8 bowlers] Trying to keep it interesting, Marnus is always in my ear so he had to have an over, he got one wicket.

"With this being an ODI and with the conditions, got plenty of allrounders, might as well use them. For three-quarters we were really good, try and find some partnerships, looking to play aggressively and sometimes it may not work, but think still room to try and find a couple of partnerships."
