The TKR skipper smashed five sixes against Forde, while the legendary all-rounder brought two sixes against Noor. Kieron Pollard notched up his fifty in just 19 balls, leaving the fans in awe of him with his sensational batting in the CPL 2024 game against SLK in Saint Lucia.

It all started with Noor, as Pollard lofted a googly just over the boundary at cover for a stunning six, followed by another maximum on the long-on off a short delivery.

Then, it was Forde’s turn, as the TKR skipper pulled the slower short ball wide of long-on for another six. Kieron Pollard's powerful hitting continued as he hit a long ball flat over a backward square leg for yet another six off Forde.

Well, Forde attempted a yorker but missed, and Kieron Pollard sent it flying over long-off. Then, the young SLK pacer tried to keep it wide, but the former West Indies captain muscled another flat-six. Pollard smashed another six over mid-wicket against Forde to ensure TKR’s win over SLK.

Watch here Pollard's beast mode in CPL 2024:

Kieron Pollard said at the post-match presentation: “Everyone has roles and responsibilities, and if my role is to finish games, that is what I have to do. It was a very good game of cricket from both sides; they did well to get 180; we probably gave away 20 runs too many. My main thing is fielding; it’s unacceptable for the young guys and the senior guys as well. You can be out skilled with bat and ball, but fielding is something we should really focus on.

As times go along, we’ll try to get better. From an injury perspective, hopefully, we can get some guys fit and back. Looking forward to the next game, being able to play cricket all around the Caribbean and enjoy it is something I’m looking forward to now. Shoutout to the young man (Shaqkere Parris; 57 runs), particularly for the way he batted.”
