Ahead of the second Test match against England, the difficulties have risen for the Indian cricket team. The Indian team will miss key players such as Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, and KL Rahul in the second game. However, former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif has suggested a few changes in the lineup for the second Test match to the Indian management. Kaif has suggested three changes in the Indian team’s lineup.

Mohammad Kaif uploaded a video with his wife in which she asked regarding the prediction for India’s playing XI for the second Test as Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, and KL Rahul will miss out on the match. Giving up the prediction on his playing XI, Kaif stated that his one two three will be Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shubman Gill whereas, he would bring in Sarfaraz Khan at number four. Kaif stated that he is a brilliant player and plays very much like English batsman Ollie Pope.

Mohammad Kaif predicted Shreyas Iyer, KS Bharat, and Axar Patel as his number five, six, and seven. Kaif brought in all-rounder Washington Sundar at number 8, due to his batting ability whereas R Ashwin was his number nine. Kaif also brought in left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav into the side as he brings in a lot of variation. Jasprit Bumrah was Mohammad Kaif’s number 11.

Mohammad Kaif said, “I think Rohit Sharma, Jaiswal, and Shubman Gill at number three. Shubman Gill’s form is not that special but I will give him a chance, he is a good promising player. Sarfaraz Khan will come at four, he is young, promising, plays spin very well bats like Ollie Pope hits the sweep-reverse sweep very well, I will keep him at four.

“I will bring Shreyas Iyer at 5, KS Bharat at 6, Axar Patel at 7, and Washington Sundar at 8, he is an all-rounder, with off-spins and bats. Ashwin will come at 9, Kuldeep Yadav at 10, leg spinner Chinaman variation, and Bumrah will come at 11.

“These are your 4 proper spinners and one fast bowler, I have excluded Siraj. He did not get that much bowling in the last match. Batting till 9, 4 proper spinners and 1 fast bowler, this seems to be a very strong team to me.”

Concluding the video, Mohammad Kaif predicted a more batting and spin-heavy team which consisted of batting until number nine whereas it also consisted of three off spinners and one left-arm wrist spinner.
