Samit Dravid came in to bat at No. 4 when the Warriors were at 51/2. Samit dazzled spectators by hitting a powerful six off a short delivery from Gneshwar Naveen.

Naveen's delivery was short and wide on the fourth ball of the seventh over, and Samit sent it over the long-on boundary for a spectacular six.

The right-handed batter couldn't capitalize on his previous shot. The teenager was dismissed on the very next ball.

He scored seven runs off seven deliveries before being caught by Bengaluru Blasters wicketkeeper Suraj Ahuja. Gneshwar Naveen had the last laugh after conceding the six on the previous delivery.

Star Sports Kannada's official handle shared the video of Samit’s impressive six on X (formerly known as Twitter), and the video has gone viral on social media.

“Samit Dravid (Dravid’s son) first watch, not as stylish as his father…he has a big bat swing man. I’m so excited to see how he does in the rest of the KPL,” posted a user.

“Damn! Samit Dravid gets out for 7. That’s fine. He will do well. His body language was great. He was looking good,” another added.

The Bengaluru Blasters secured a four-wicket victory, chasing down the 183-run target in 17.1 overs. Bhuvan Raju scored 51 runs off just 24 balls as the Blasters reached the target with five balls to spare. Samit, an 18-year-old all-rounder, was purchased by the Mysuru Warriors for Rs 50,000 in the auction.
