In response, Yashasvi Jaiswal (49 off 19) hit the first ball of the match for a six. He and Vaibhav Suryavanshi (16 off 12) added 52 runs in just 4.2 overs. However, the partnership ended when Bhuvneshwar Kumar dismissed Suryavanshi.
