India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has oozed his class with the bat in the ongoing first Test against England. The Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad is hosting the first game of the five-match series between the teams.
Ravindra Jadeja has yet again exhibited his class with the bat in the Test cricket for India. He is again and again proving why is he rated as the MVP for the team in the longest format of the game. The left-hander is playing a sensational innings in the ongoing game against England and is making sure India totally takes command of the game.
Ravindra Jadeja came to bat after India lost Shreyas Iyer and were reduced to 223/4. The southpaw made sure that he held the one end and scored crucial runs for the team. The batter hit some big blows as well and made sure that he made English bowlers tired, in what has been a long day for them.
Ravindra Jadeja first made sure that India took the first-innings lead and then he unleashed himself. He played a vital hand and put the team in the driver’s seat. Although, the umpire termed him out twice but DRS saved him and he then added salt to the wounds of the England team.
Ravindra Jadeja has looked solid at the crease ever since he arrived and is defending the ball perfectly. The all-rounder brought up his half-century in the 83rd over and made the crowd at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad go berserk and stand and applaud him.
Ravindra Jajdeja pushed the tossed-up delivery from Joe Root in front of the cover and called for the quick single. However, a fumble in the field allowed him to take three runs and complete his 20th half-century in the longest format of the game for India.

Ravindra Jadeja has been at his all-round best in the ongoing first Test against England in Hyderabad. He played a huge role with the ball for the Test in the first innings and made sure that his team bundled out the opposition as early as possible on the first day itself.
Ravindra Jadeja took three wickets and removed Ollie Pope, Joe Root, and Tom Hartley. He provided his team with crucial breakthroughs. The all-rounder returned with the figures of 3/88 and his spell helped India bundle out the opposition for just 246 runs.
Apart from him, Ravichandran Ashwin also picked three wickets whereas Axar Patel and Jasprit Bumrah picked two scalps each. Ravindra Jadeja will have to play a crucial role for the team in the second innings. All the eyes will be on him when he takes the ball in the second innings.
