Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been a part of the headlines for many reasons in the past few days. Apart from his availability for the last three Tests against England, he was also in the news due to his wife Rivaba and his father Anirudhsinh. His father had made some serious allegations about his wife Rivaba and stated that she had taken over his property and wealth.

Ravindra Jadeja’s father had alleged Rivaba of creating a rift between him and his son. His father also claimed that the Indian all-rounder stopped calling his family after marriage and added that he used to live in a small 2 BHK apartment and used to manage his expenses based on the INR 20000 pension of his late wife. He stated that Jadeja didn’t come to meet despite living in the same city.

Further adding up on his allegations, Anirudhsinh stated that soon after Ravindra Jadeja‘s marriage, Rivaba started to take over the wealth and the property of the Indian all-rounder and revealed that the Audi car which was gifted to Ravindra Jadeja by his inlaws, was bought from his own money.

During a recent public event, Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja’s wife Rivaba fumed at a reporter who asked her about the accusations put on by her father-in-law Anirudhsinh. Rivaba was upset after the reporter asked for a response on the topic and stated that he could contact her directly rather than asking such questions in public.

During the event, Rivaba said, “Why are we here today? You can contact me directly if you want to know about it.” Rivaba is the BJP MLA from the Jamnagar North Assembly constituency and defeated Ravindra Jadeja’s sister Naynaba Jadeja who fought from the Congress party.

However, during the whole scenario, Ravindra Jadeja also claimed all the allegations put up by his father as false and also requested him to stop tarnishing his wife’s image.

Ravindra Jadeja has been a vital all-rounder for the Indian cricket team in the past few years. Rivaba Jadeja is also seen supporting him in the stands of the stadium during his every cricket match.

Ravindra Jadeja recently took part in the first IND vs ENG Test match held in Hyderabad. Jadeja was India’s top performer with both bat and ball. Jadeja picked up 3 wickets with the ball in the first innings and was also the team’s highest run scorer in the match and played an innings of 87 runs in the team’s first innings and helped them reach a stable first innings total.

Ravindra Jadeja was later ruled out from the second Test match in Visakhapatnam due to a hamstring injury. While it was reported that Jadeja might miss the whole series, he has been included in the squad for the last three Tests but is subjected to fitness and will only play once he gains full fitness.

The third Test match of the five-match Test series will be played at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot from February 15, 2024.
