India wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant was involved in a funny banter with his South African counterpart Quinton de Kock in the final of the T20 World Cup 2024. The two teams are up against each other at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown Barbados.

After India posted a total of 176 runs on the board, Quinton de Kock has taken South Africa off to a decent start with the bat. The keeper-batter is keeping his team in the hunt and has looked in solid touch with the bat, smashing Indian bowlers all over the park.

Quinton de Kock has played some gorgeous strokes in his innings and is making sure that doesn't let India get to the top of the game. Despite the game being high-pressure, the keeper-batter has kept his calm and has ensured that he soaks in everything.

This was quite evident when he was involved in a fun banter with India keeper-batter Rishabh Pant. It was on the 5th ball of the 6th over when Kuldeep Yadav shortened his length after he saw the batter coming down. Quinton de Kock was then forced to defend the ball as it turned out to be a dot ball.

As Quinton de Kock was forced to change his shot, Rishabh Pant behind the stumps had something to say to his South African counterpart. He seemingly warned the batter to not leave the crease when facing Kuldeep. The Proteas batter laughed about it as the duo shared a fun moment amid the high-pressure final.
