India wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant yet again grabbed the spotlight with his antics on the field in the ongoing first Test against the Bangladesh National Cricket Team. The game between the two teams is underway at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Rishabh Pant had a brilliant day behind the stumps on Day 2 of the ongoing Test. The keeper-batter was spot on with his takes as he didn't let the ball go past behind him. He also took one catch that sent Shakib Al Hasan packing after having a great start with the bat.

Not only this, but Pant yet again gave an epic 'stump mic' moment that went viral on the internet. The left-hander was heard mocking Ravindra Jadeja ahead of the start of the 25th over when Litton Das was batting on 19 runs along with Shakib Al Hasan at non-striker's end.

Pant was heard saying: "Chlo Jaddu bhai charo taraf aap hi dikh rahe ho aaj" before making some funny voices that left many in splits.

Rishabh Pant is making his comeback to Test cricket after almost 700 days. The Southpaw missed the action due to the accident that he met with. He had a decent outing on his return for the Indian team in red-ball cricket as he played a vital hand for his team with the bat.

After India lost a few quick wickets, Rishabh Pant held the for his team and made sure that he bailed the team out of trouble. Pant played some glorious shots in his innings and looked solid at the crease till he gifted his wicket away to Hasan Mahmud.

Pant ended with an innings of 39 runs off 52 balls. He also slammed 6 boundaries in his knock. With the way he batted, he surely would've got the confidence going ahead into the hectic Test season, which will see India playing 10 Tests.

Ravindra Jadeja, on the other hand, is having a terrific game. He has stepped up big time for his team with the bat and ball. He first made sure that he bailed the team out of trouble with his batting effort and then made a vital contribution to his team with the ball.

Coming to bat when India was reeling at 144/6, Jadeja played a magnificent innings and, along with Ravichandran Ashwin (113), put the team in a dominating position. The all-rounder slammed 86 runs and took his team to a total of 376 runs, which at one moment looked very difficult.

With the ball then, Jadeja picked two crucial wickets. The all-rounder's effort with the ball saw India bundling out the opposition for just 149 runs and taking a lead of 227 runs in the first innings. The hosts would be hoping to get a lead of over 300 runs and the wrap up the opposition again.
