Lucknow Super Giants pacer Shardul Thakur received a special honor from team mentor Zaheer Khan ahead of their game against Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2025. The game between the two teams is taking place at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Shardul Thakur got the special '100' number jersey from Zaheer Khan, and this was because the ongoing game against Kolkata Knight Riders will be his 100th game in the league. The all-rounder was honoured by the franchise during the team huddle with everyone applauding him.
