India National Cricket Team batter Shubman Gill grabbed the spotlight on Day 3 of the first Test against the Bangladesh National Cricket Team. The batter mocked his teammate Mohammed Siraj over his viral old video.

India National Cricket Team wrapped up the first Test against the Bangladesh National Cricket Team on Day 4 of the match. It was a sensational effort from their end with the ball, especially from Ravichandran Ashwin, who bagged a six-wicket haul on his home soil.

Although Indian bowling was the main talking point of Day 3 and Day 4, Shubman Gill, in between, came up with a hilarious moment that left many in splits. He didn't leave an opportunity to mock his teammate and fast bowler Mohammed Siraj.

Ahead of the third ball of the 22nd over of Bangladesh's innings, Shubman Gill, who was coming up with the helmet to field at short leg, insulted Mohammed Siraj in front of the stump mic. He went to the fielding position while yelling: "Mohammad Siraj official hi official ID hai, baaki sab fake hain"

For unversed, Mohammed Siraj was trolled a lot by the fans on social media for his old video. In the clip, the pacer can be seen informing about his official Instagram account as he said: "Mohammad Siraj official Instagram page hai baaki jo bhi hai wo fake ID hai."

Coming to the game, Shubman Gill had a stellar outing with the bat as he slammed a Test century in the second innings. He bagged a duck in the first innings but made sure that he made up for it in the second innings as he came up with a magical effort with the bat.

His performance came at the time when India lost early wickets in the second innings. The batter held the fort for his team and silenced his critics in style. He looked in complete control of his innings as he timed the ball to perfection and put his team in a dominating position.

Shubman Gill ended with the innings of unbeaten 119 runs of 176 balls. He slammed 10 fours and 4 sixes in his innings. His sensational innings with the bat powered India to a total of 287 runs as they set a humongous target of 515 runs.

On the other hand, Mohammed Siraj was decent with the ball as well. He didn't play a big part in the second innings but was vital for his team in the first innings. The fast bowler picked two crucial wickets for his team as India bundled out Bangladesh National Cricket Team for just 149 runs.

India have taken a 1-0 lead in the series and now would be keen to win the second game of the series. The match will take place on 27th September at Green Park in Kanpur.
