Vaibhav Suryavanshi shared a heartwarming moment with MS Dhoni after the completion of the match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
With MS Dhoni standing behind the stumps, the youngster from Bihar gave the cricketing world yet another glimpse of his immense batting talent. He scored a quickfire fifty to further enhance his reputation and put Rajasthan Royals in the driver's seat.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi smashed 57 runs off just 33 balls. His knock was studded with 4 fours and as many sixes. He was the only player to score a fifty in the recently concluded game. After the game ended, the 14-year-old shared the heartfelt moment with MS Dhoni.

As the players lined up to shake hands, the teenager was seen touching Dhoni's feet, showing deep respect for the former India skipper. Dhoni was also seen saying something to the youngster before moving ahead. Vaibhav Suryavanshi's act has won over the fans, and the video and photos of the moment have already gone viral on social media

Rajasthan Royals thrash CSK:
Rajasthan Royals returned to winning ways with an emphatic six-wicket win over CSK and ended their campaign in IPL 2025 on a winning note. Set a target of 188 runs, the Royals chased down the total in just 17.1 overs. Yashasvi Jaiswal gave the Royals a flying start by smashing 36 runs off just 19 balls.
Suryavanshi and Sanju Samson then put the Royals in the driver's seat by adding 98 runs for the second wicket. Ravichandran Ashwin dismissed both of them in the same over, but the Royals managed to recover and avoided another loss while chasing.
Dhruv Jurel played a match-winning cameo for the inaugural IPL winners, scoring an unbeaten 31 off just 12 balls.
Earlier in the game, CSK finished their innings on 187/8. The five-time champions were reeling at 78/5 at one stage but did well to recover and post a 180-plus total. Ayush Mhatre top-scored for CSK, scoring 43 runs off 20 balls. Dewald Brevis and Shivam Dube impressed with the bat as well, scoring 42 and 39 runs respectively.
