Virat Kohli left the fans worried by deciding to get his heartbeat checked while batting during the recently-concluded game between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday (April 13).
The former RCB captain impressed with the bat once again as he scored an unbeaten fifty to help his team register a thumping 9-wicket win. The incident took place in the 15th over when Virat Kohli was facing Wanindu Hasaranga. On the fourth ball of the over, he flicked one towards the deep midwicket and took a double. The following delivery was a dot before Kohli asked his India teammate and Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson to check his heartbeat.

The conditions in Jaipur were quite harsh when Kohli was batting. The temperature was hovering in the late 30s but it did not stop Kohli from delivering yet another impactful knock. Even in those unforgiving weather conditions, Kohli focused mainly on taking singles and doubles.
He ran 26 singles as well as 4 doubles in addition to hitting 4 fours and 2 sixes. Fortunately, the condition was not serious as Kohli continued batting and took RCB over the finishing line.
A memorable game for Virat Kohli:
Kohli scored an unbeaten 62 runs against the Royals. His knock came off 45 balls and was studded with 4 fours and 2 sixes. After Royals finished their innings on 173/4, RCB were off to a flying start with Virat Kohli and Phil Salt adding 92 runs for the opening wicket in less than nine overs.
Salt departed after scoring 65 runs before Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal shared an unbeaten stand of 83 runs to take their team home.
Kohli also created history during the knock as he became the first-ever Indian batsman to hit 100 half-centuries in T20s. Only Australia's David Warner is ahead of him in the list now. While has 100 fifties in the shortest format of the game, Warner has hit 108 so far.
