The rapid-fire round on Star Sports kicked off with a delightful choice between Kohli’s favorite cricket shots, and it was the cover drive that stole the Indian cricketer’s heart over the flick, showcasing his passion for the elegant and classic strokeplay.

The segment continued with a delightful twist as Kohli was posed with a tough choice between two cricketing legends, MS Dhoni and AB de Villiers as his favorite cricketer.

With a chuckle, he expressed his admiration for both Dhoni and de Villiers, showcasing his respect for their incredible careers and impact on the game.

Choosing his favorite cricketing venue turned out to be another fascinating insight.

Despite his fond memories at Australia’s Adelaide Oval, Kohli admitted that Bengaluru’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium holds a special place in his heart, picking it as his favorite venue. He also picked Chris Gayle as his most fun cricketer over Yuzvendra Chahal.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) rivalry question was a bit more straightforward, as Kohli, who represented Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), named Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) as his favorite rival team by overlooking the five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI).

The dashing right-hander picked Mumbai over his hometown of Delhi as his preferred home and named Arijit Singh as his favorite singer, overlooking Gurdas Mann.

Kohli’s fitness routine also came under the spotlight during the rapid-fire round, with weight training emerging as his favorite workout.

Describing himself as a morning bird, the former Indian cricket team skipper also shared his love for dancing and singing during his free time.

The spa is Kohli’s go-to relaxation activity, while Diwali stands out as his favorite festival.

The rapid-fire round also took a nostalgic turn with Kohli reminiscing about his childhood TV shows. He fondly recalled watching “Full House” and “Friends,” which were favorites in his home.

Kohli said on Star Sports during the segment: “I saw a lot of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. because of my brother and sister. And there was another one... I'm forgetting the name. Yeah, Full House. That was my sister's favorite show, so yeah. F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and Full House.”

Well, music plays a significant role in Kohli’s life as well. The Indian batting maestro revealed that he often listens to "Shauk" from “Qala” on repeat, and “Ishq” by Sukhbir remains his favorite dance number. It is well known to Kohli’s fans that he loves bhangra and Punjabi music.
