After India’s shocking eight-wicket defeat to New Zealand in the first Test, Rishabh Pant took to social media to reflect on the brutal realities of the game. The Indian wicketkeeper-batter acknowledged the intense emotional rollercoaster that the game often presents to the players like his team experienced against the Kiwis at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Rishabh Pant also highlighted how the game can challenge players to their limits and push them to the brink. Pant also expressed his gratitude towards the passionate Bengaluru crowd, who supported and cheered for the team despite the disappointing outcome in the first Test of the ongoing three-match Test series against New Zealand.
