RJ Mahvash, the popular social media personality and radio jockey who has been in the headlines for dating Yuzvendra Chahal, has shared a heartfelt post for Punjab Kings (PBKS) with a shocking revelation on the Indian leg-spinner.

Just a day after Punjab Kings fell short in the IPL 2025 final against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on June 3, RJ Mahvash took to social media to share unseen pictures with Yuzvendra Chahal and co-owner Preity Zinta and express her deep admiration for the PBKS team's fighting spirit.

She revealed that Chahal suffered a rib fracture in PBKS’ second game this season and later broke his bowling finger, but he continued to bowl through the pain throughout the tournament. She mentioned those moments where Chahal was seen screaming and crying on the field, but the leg-spinner never gave up and kept fighting till the very last ball of the IPL 2025 final for PBKS.

RJ Mahvash said in her Instagram post, “They fought, stayed, and played till the last match! 👏🤍 And a special post to @yuzi_chahal23. Because what people don't know is that his ribs got fractured in the second match only, and his bowling finger got fractured later. This guy played the entire season with 3 fractures! We all have seen him screaming and crying in pain but have never seen him giving up! I mean, what warrior spirit you have, man! 🫡”

Mahvash highlighted the resilience and determination of not just Chahal but the entire PBKS squad, praising their commitment and courage throughout the season. She added, “The team kept fighting till the last ball! It was nothing but an honor to be a supporter of this team this year! Well played, boys! 👏 All the people in these pictures have my heart. 🥹 See you next year!”

She also congratulated Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and their fans for clinching the maiden IPL title. The RJ called the IPL a true festival of cricket that brings the nation together. Mahvash signed off by saying, “Also, many congratulations to RCB and fans for winning the title. Everyone played and worked hard! Cricket, and IPL …my God again! Truly a festival for us Indians. 🫶🏻♥️”

RJ Mahvash is linked to Yuzvendra Chahal since the divorce from Dhanashree Verma

Notably, rumors about Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash dating started when the Indian cricketer was going through a tough time in his marriage with choreographer Dhanashree Verma. Chahal and Dhanashree officially divorced in March 2025.

Since then, Mahvash has been seen supporting Chahal closely and staying by his side. She was with Chahal throughout the IPL 2025 season and was seen hiding herself from paparazzi at Mumbai airport on June 4. The rumored couple was spotted together many times in many places.

Chahal finished the IPL 2025 season with 16 wickets in 14 matches at an economy rate of 9.53 and an average of 27.47. His best performance came againstthe Kolkata Knight Riders when he scalped 4 wickets for 28 runs. The leg-spinner also missed two games because of a wrist injury.
