Aakash Chopra Shares A Video Of Girl Emulating Harbhajan Singh, Video Goes Viral

As a kid, every cricket fanatic would love to emulate the bowling actions of their favourite cricketers. Over the years, we came across fans imitating the cricketers’ bowling action on social media. In the latest, a girl imitated Harbhajan Singh’s action, which was shared by Aakash Chopra on social media with a couple of his trademark comments.

Cricketer-turned-commentator Aakash Chopra has tweeted a video in which a girl can be seen copying veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh’s bowling action. The video immediately went viral on social media with a few fans confused whether the action belongs to Harbhajan Singh or Jasprit Bumrah.

Harbhajan and Aakash both have been part of the Hindi commentary team for the recent matches of Team India. The duo also shares a good rapport off the field as well.

”Hey Harbhajan Singh, looks like you’re her inspiration…like a lot of other aspiring spinners in the country,” Aakash said along with a 15-second video he tweeted on Wednesday.

Statistically, Harbhajan Singh is India’s most successful off-spinner but he could have achieved a lot more in the latter half of his career. Even though he wasn’t at his best, he played a pivotal role in India’s 2011 World Cup glory. The 2010 and 2011 seasons were really torrid for Harbhajan and the emergence of Ashwin meant that the former’s position was soon slipping away.

Following the world cup, his poor show in 2012 saw him out of the team and he hardly makes a comeback into the team. Despite poor show in International cricket, he has been sensational for franchises in Indian Premier League.

Firstly, he gave his services to Mumbai Indians and later, joined Chennai Super Kings when the mega auctions took place after the re-entry of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals.
