Amitabh Bachchan Wishes Team India on a Convincing Victory in the Opening T20I

Regarded as arguably the greatest Bollywood actor of all time, Amitabh Bachchan hailed team India for a sensational performance in opening T20I at the Wanderers in Johannesburg. He also lauded the bias commentary and said that the commentators should continue to do so as every time they do that India ends up winning handsomely.
Taking to his twitter handle, Big B wrote,” T 2619 – INDIA wins first T20 against SoAf .. brilliant play .. loved the aggression .. and loved the bias commentating .. keep doing that please ..coz’ every time you do that we WIN handsomely !”

Sheer Dominance in Limited Overs Leg
The 28 runs victory was just a continuation of India’s sheer dominance in the Rainbow Nation in the limited-overs leg. They have been simply phenomenal in the ODI series and won it handsomely by a 5-1 margin. The Indian wrist spinners did wonders while the top 3 of the Indian batting line up was in sublime form. Kohli ended the series being the highest run-getter in a bilateral series in ODI history.
In the opening T20I too it sheer dominance from the Indian batters. Opener Shikhar Dhawan smashed a brilliant 72 of just 39 deliveries which included 10 fours and 2 gigantic sixes. It was largely due to his innings and a few late cameos from Dhoni and Hardik Pandya that enabled the visitors to reach a daunting total of 203 on the board in their allotted 20 overs.
In the bowling department, it was the brilliance of Bhuvneshwar Kumar which prevented South Africa from scoring big. Opener Reeza Hendricks smashed a brilliant knock of 70 runs. He shared a good stand with Farhan Behardien. However, after their dismissal, it was Bhuvneshwar Kumar who was all over the Proteas line-up. He ended with exceptional figures of 5/24 as India completed a resounding 28 runs victory.
