India cricketer Manish Pandey grabbed a stunning catch on the boundary lines to dismiss Sarfraz Ahmed in the marquee clash against Pakistan in the Asia Cup Group A match at Dubai.

Meanwhile, India struck twice before Pakistan started to rebuild the innings after Sarfraz Ahmed opted to bat first. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who went wicketless in the last match against Hong Kong provided the early breakthrough.

He removed Imam-ul-Haq in the third over, to put India on the top. Jasprit Bumrah, on the other hand, was on point as he bowled back to back maiden overs. Kumar continued his prime form as he removed the dangerous Fakhar Zaman to put Pakistan on backfoot in this Asia Cup game.

However, since then, Babar Azam and Shoaib Malik showed enough grit to steady the Pakistan innings. They added 50+ runs for the third wicket to guide Pakistan back into the game. However, India suffered a huge blow as Hardik Pandya sustained an injury to walk off the field.

Manish Pandey grabs a stunner

Manish Pandey grabbed a stunner to dismiss Sarfraz Ahmed as he balanced himself like a trapeze on a tight rope. Sarfraz Ahmed heaved it away as Pandey took it inches inside the ropes.

There was momentum as he was still in motion having covered good ground to his right and before going over the ropes, he tossed the ball upwards. Then comes back inside the field of play and completes the catch. India produces a moment of brilliance and KJ has done it again.

Although it was a wicket to Kedar Jadhav, Manish Pandey has his name written all over it. Pakistan are reeling at 110 for six at the end of 29 overs in this Asia Cup game.
