India won the Asia Cup 2018 beating Bangladesh by three wickets, and Yuzvendra Chahal is delighted with the victory, as India got the title for the record seventh time.

“The more difficult the victory, the greater the happiness in winning. Congratulations to the team for their great performance.”

However, India skipper, Rohit Sharma decided to bowl first after winning the toss. The opening batsman of Bangladesh, Liton Das and Mehidy Hasan hammered the bowlers, as they partnered 120 runs within the 21st over.

Meanwhile, Chahal dropped a catch of Liton Das, and Das grabbed the opportunity to make it to his maiden ODI century. Later, Kuldeep Yadav was impressive with the bowl, as he completed his bowling figures 10-0-45-3.

Later, Chahal did pot well to Kayes and showed him the way toward the pavilion.

Moreover, Kedar Jadhav also contributed with the ball and picked up two wickets to his name. Dhoni did some splendid job from behind the stumps, as he stumped three of the batsmen including the centurion, Liton Das.

Furthermore, while chasing down the target, India started quite aggressively looking to finish off things quickly. However, they lost their two wickets within the 8th having just 46 runs on the board. Rohit was looking to put up some good show but couldn’t do it, as Rubel did the massacre.

In addition to that, Dhoni and Karthik played slow innings thinking to finish of thing on a good note. They failed to do so and lost their wickets in the nick of time. Later, Kedar was struggling with the hamstring, and he had to depart declaring retired hurt.
