Apart from the Indian Premier League 2018, nothing went in favour of KL Rahul in 2018. Though he scored a couple of glorious centuries in T20I and in a Test game against England, they went unnoticed because of his inconsistency. However, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli is confident of his opener answering all the critics in style ahead of the forthcoming Australia tour.
KL Rahul has settled his place in the team after his knock at the Kennington Oval. However, he failed to back it up against a harmless Windies attack, which surprised everyone.
KL Rahul goes about his game – Virat Kohli
The Delhi lad quoted the opener will get back into his groove in a matter of time. He firmly believes KL Rahul will look into his game and hopefully, rectify the errors in his batting approach for the mega tour down hundred, which begins on November 21st.

Further, Virat went on say by adding Rahul admits his fault and invites the suggestions, which is an excellent habit for any cricketer. Virat Kohli feels the unbeaten knock in the 2nd innings of Hyderabad Test would help him come better.
“I am sure KL will look at his errors and look to rectify them. There is no doubt about his attitude and how he goes about his game. He is very positive and is someone who also appreciates people telling him his fault which is a good quality,” Virat Kohli said.

”It’s good he spent some time at the crease, stayed not out and looked more composed than the first two innings. I’m sure he would like to build on that,” he added to his lines.
However, as Virat Kohli said, KL Rahul has always got the intent with him, but the lack of application saw another side. If KL Rahul gets those errors corrected in time, one can see him outsmarting on the tour of Australia.
