Australia vs India 2018: Twitter Outraged Following Virat Kohli's Controversial Dismissal

Indian National Cricket team skipper Virat Kohli scored a magical century on a difficult Perth wicket on day three of the second Test against Australia. In doing so, he equaled Sachin Tendulkar record of six tons in Australian soil, the most by a non-English visiting batsman in Tests in Australia.
Meanwhile, India managed to score 283 runs in reply to Australia’s 326 in the first innings. Kohli shared crucial partnerships with Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane to take the visitors over the 250-run mark. The talismanic run-scorer brought his 25th Test century and his first in Perth.
Virat Kohli also equaled the legendary Sachin Tendulkar’s record of most number of centuries by an Indian in Australia. Moreover, the Indian skipper will have two more Test matches to overtake Tendulkar’s record. Interestingly, Virat Kohli is the fastest Indian to score 1,000 Test runs on Australian soil in just 18 innings. Overall, among visitors, only four Englishmen have done it quicker than Kohli in Australia.

He played so well for his 123 runs before playing a loose shot and edging one to the man at second slip. However, the manner in which he got out was controversial as it seemed like the ball touched the ground before Peter Handscomb grabbed the ball.
Here is the video:

However, the manner of his dismissal seems to have left a sour taste in the mouth of several India fans who took to Twitter to voice their disapproval.

This was only way left to get Virat’s wicket. Unless such half chances are given Australia is sure to lose this test. India should take it in stride and not lose focus. When going gets tough Australians can only win by distraction not with their own skills.

Same onfield umpires are missing no balls right under their nose and suddenly they can spot this catch dead right, India needs an advice from BUNNINGS to counter attack this nonsense

I know there will be a lot of debate on the Kohli dismissal but it is critical to note that the law says there must be conclusive evidence to overturn the on-field umpire's decision. Kohli thought it bounced but historically those have been given out (more)
