India’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami bowled with fire after the Lunch break on the penultimate day of the ongoing Perth Test match. Shami bowled a ripper to get the better off the Australian captain, Tim Paine. The bouncer was right on the target and Paine could not get away from the line of the ball.
Shami finally got the ball in the right area and was able to reap the fruits. The Indian players also gave a send-off to Tim Paine and the Australian captain also had a few words to say to the visitors. Subsequently, Shami bowled an innocuous delivery towards the leg-side to injured Aaron Finch which got a glove of the right-hander.

Shami was breathing fire.
Shami also got the better off well-settled Usman Khawaja with another beauty. The right-hander bowled another jaffa to dismiss the southpaw batsman. Shami bowled another short-pitched delivery to get the better off Nathan Lyon, who was yet to be dismissed in the series.
Thus, Shami has scalped six wickets in the second innings and this is his best bowling figures. In fact, Shami has taken 6-56 which is the third-best bowling figures for an Indian bowler in Australia. Shami had gone wicketless in the first innings as he bowled without much luck.

In fact, Shami could not get the rub of the green in the opening session of the penultimate day as he went past the outside edge on numerous occasion.
Shami was the pick of the Indian bowlers on the opening day of the second Test match. Australia has set a target of 287 runs for the Indian National Cricket Team.
Here is how Twitter reacted to Mohammed Shami breathtaking spell:
I don't remember the last time an India pacer picked a seven-for (if it happens) in an away Test. It would be an incredible achievement for Shami.#AUSvIND

Exhilarating fightback by India, with second-innings Shami just irresistible.
But I'd say Australia are still favourites to seal this, with the lead already past 250. #AUSvIND

My god Mohammed Shami?? Single Handedly brings us back into this test match. Australia are favourites though because this pitch is fiery now. Except Che and Kohli doubt any of our batsman can handle this

Shami is opening this game up. Might be "Second Innings Shami" but he is delivering wickets. Looking like a wicket every ball …
