Australia vs India 2018: Watch - Mohammed Shami Plumb Usman Khawaja in Front of Wickets

India’s second innings hero Mohammed Shami was able to plumb Usman Khawaja in front of the wickets. Shami got the ball to move away slightly to hit Khawaja on the pads. It was dead plumb, however, the Australian southpaw batsman decided to go the review. On the Hawkeye, it was hitting the stumps and Australia lost their review.

Consequently, India is currently in a dominating position as the visitors need another seven wickets to win the match and go 2-1 up in the four-match series. India had a perfect start when Jasprit Bumrah got the better of Aaron Finch. The Australian opener played a poor cut shot and was nicely taken by Virat Kohli at second slip.

Ravindra Jadeja was able to get India’s second wicket of the morning when he sent back the other Australian opener, Marcus Harris. The left-hander went with hard hands and Mayank Agarwal took a sharp catch while fielding at short leg.

Meanwhile, Shaun Marsh is showing great resistance as he is batting unbeaten on 34 runs from 59 balls. Marsh has adopted an aggressive approach and has taken the attack to Ravindra Jadeja. Furthermore, the southpaw batsman has made good use of his feet to get to the pitch of the ball.

India is on top.

Hence, India will like to get rid of Shaun Marsh as soon as possible as the southpaw batter has the skills to bat long. Furthermore, India has thus far ticked the right boxes and will like to continue with the same.
