First talking of Wade, he was fined, as the looks which he gave to Jos Buttler were deemed to be unruly, which invited a fine for him. Buttler played an innings of 81 off just 43 before getting run out by Wade on the first delivery of the last over. He hit seven fours and five sixes during his blistering innings.

Talking of Head, he dismissed Brisbane Heat’s batsman, Jimmy Peirson in the first over, after being hit for a four. The actions of Head after the dismissal invited the fine.

Both the players accepted the charges led on them and thus, no official hearing was conducted.

Talking of both the players’ selection in the Aussie side, Wade has been dropped from the squad for Tim Paine while Head has retained his place.
