The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the complete itinerary of England‘s tour that will commence in February as England will travel to India.
The tour will consist of four Test matches, followed by five T20Is, and three ODI games. The tour will commence from February 5 with the first Test taking place in Chennai.
BCCI Announces The Schedule For England’s Tour Of India 2021
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Thursday, announced the complete schedule of England’s tour of India that will begin from February 5 with the first and second Test match being played at Chennai. The third Test will be a pink-ball Test match that will be played at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad followed by the fourth Test match being played at the same venue.
The T20I series will begin from March 12 as the five-match series will entirely be played at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad. Finally, the tour will end with the three ODIs being played out entirely at Pune.
