i) Sixers scored 205/4 (20 overs) in the first innings. It was their first 200+ total as their previous highest total was 191/7 (19.4 overs) against Brisbane Heat at Brisbane on 3rd January 2017.
ii) Sixers won the match by 145 runs. It is the largest victory margin (by runs) in the BBL history. The previous record was winning by 112 runs for Melbourne Stars against Melbourne Renegades at Melbourne (Docklands) on 3rd January 2015.

i) Opener and wicket-keeper batsman Josh Philippe scored 95 runs. It is the highest individual score for a Sydney Sixers batsman. Philippe was also the previous record holder in this list with 86* against Hobart Hurricanes at Sydney on 23rd January 2019.
Ben Dwarshuis – one of the best bowling figures for the team
i) The left-arm pacer Ben Dwarshuis had the bowling figures of 2.4-0-13-4.
- It is the best bowling figures for Sydney Sixers as a left-arm bowler. The previous record was 4-0-14-4 by the left-arm pacer Daniel Sams against Sydney Thunder at Sydney on 19th December 2017.
- It was the fourth best bowling figures for Sixers.
