Bonnie Paine Credits Rishabh Pant for Her Instant Rise in Instagram Followers

Indian National Cricket team wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant made the banter between him and Tim Paine into reality when he became a babysitter to the latter’s kids. Bonnie Paine, the wife of the Australian skipper, posted a picture of Pant babysitting her children, has won the hearts of millions of cricket fans.

Meanwhile, the Boxing Day Test witnessed some healthy banter between both side; however, the one between Paine and Pant grabbed attention. Paine had joked about recruiting Rishabh Pant to Hurricanes to try and distract him in the middle.

“Big MS (Dhoni) is back in the one-day squad too, we might get him (Pant) down to the Hurricanes… we need a batter. Fancy that, Pantsy? Extend your little Aussie holiday.

Beautiful town Hobart too, I’ll get you a nice apartment on the waterfront. (I’ll) have him over for dinner. Can you babysit? I’ll take the wife to the movies one night and you’ll look after the kids,” Paine said.

The banter had continued the next day with Rishabh Pant was heard saying to Mayank Agarwal about the current role of Tim Paine.

“We got a special guest today. Have you ever heard of a temporary captain, ever, Mayank?” he said.

However, the banter turned into reality when both the teams visited Kirribilli House for a lunch. Pant agreed to babysit Tim Paine’s children and a photo of the same was posted by Bonnie Paine. Since then, her Instagram followers have increased significantly which she thinks is mostly Pant’s fans.

Currently, both sides are taking on each other in the fourth and final Test at Sydney. India dominated the opening day as they went to stumps at 303 for four with Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari at the crease.
