Mohammad Rizwan, on Tuesday, took a stunning diving catch in the ongoing Pakistan’s National T20 Cup. What is even more incredible about the catch is that the Pakistan wicketkeeper was without the wicketkeeping gloves as he was not standing behind the stumps during the clash between Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Mohammad Rizwan took the catch in the 19th over of Sindh’s innings when they needed 28 runs off the final 12 balls. Anwar Ali, who was batting on 33 off 32 balls, miscued a Musadiq Ahmed delivery straight over the bowler’s head. The ball was looking set to land in no man’s land.
Here is a clip of Mohammad Rizwan’s stunner:

Mohammad Rizwan’s catch, however, could not avoid a defeat for his side as Danish Aziz hit a last ball six when 5 runs were needed to seal the game for Sindh. Chasing 139, Sindh were reeling at 34 for 7 in the eighth over and the match was looking as good as over for them at that stage.
However, Aziz and Anwar Ali then struck a much needed 77-run partnership for the eighth wicket to revive the chase and eventually take Sindh over the finishing line. In the final over, Sindh needed 19 runs and they managed to score only four runs off the first ball. But Aziz hit the last three balls for six, four and another six to seal a thrilling game for his side.
